Medical supervision of patients at the dialysis centre (dialysis in a heavy centre and UDM) is provided by :

• Dr HAMANI
• Dr AMMOR
• Dr DAHAN

These practitioners ensure the permanent presence of a nephrologist and paramedical staff during all in-centre dialysis sessions. For dialysis sessions in the MDU, a nephrologist is systematically present at the start of the session to visit each patient.

Paramedical staff are present throughout the centre's opening hours.

The nephrologists are on call.

Organisation of patient withdrawal:

MDU patients are discharged within the centre. Agreements between the dialysis centre and the Sud Francilien hospital centre, the Pitié Salpêtrière hospital and the Thiais private hospital organise the transfer of patients to these facilities.
